It's not my fault. You waited to long to answer to OP. You know it could take you 1 minute to login, check PM and respond. There is a old saying: You snooze, you lose. You had quite a long period to check your PM. So dark said that i need to choose another winner. Which i did. I follow here only what he says. Not my money, not my giveaway. So don't blame me for this.The only thing you need is blame yourself for that.

Well I thought that if some one wins something he should receive, he doesn't have to ask for it.
If someone's name showed up in zp storm event the z8games don't contact him they give it to him immediately, but it's your decision as he said -

I didn't try to blame anyone here. I was just thinking that since he just replied a few minutes before a new winner was announced he had done it on time. But well, like I said before, It's the decision of the ones who hosted the event, so no problem here.
On the other hand, MH, the part you state it can be the same as ZP storm event not always applies since the host of a particular event is the one who chooses which method should be used to contact a winner. Sorry for you btw. =/

This guy won the giveaway after 2 days (24h giveaways SUURE), nobody asked to him ( i watched all messages here 40 times) to reply 1 "invisible" pm and now he got ban for the future giveaway plus no ZP...lol... Reply to 1 pm for say what? his IGN that he already typed here for entry in the raffle?? are u guys kidding or what? Also people here typed to him to don't cry..are u guys blind ?? Alright he is the owner of this giveaway and are his money and he can do what he want, BUT respect others first of all,and dont be arrogat!! I hope GM Kanadian can see what's going on here! -
Guy really was gone for exams, I can vouch. However, it is definitely the event owners discretion to give the ZP or not. I'm guessing what DarkArtz wanted was a reply from the winner acknowledging gratitude. Like "thank you!!". I'd expect the same in my giveaways. I do however actually PM the winners in my giveaways. Judging by Altair's assumption that a PM was sent, he expected the same.
Also, another perspective: You buy a lottery ticket, you're responsible for checking your ticket against the winning numbers. The event holders are not going to reach out to someone holding a winning ticket. If you wanted the prize that bad, you'd have checked the thread itself. However, I'd always send a PM, but every event holder is different.
I agree with Kinderina though, there were some unnecessary remarks thrown around. No need to be disrespectful to M.H. -

If he wanted a Thanks from me he should've give me the reward not banning me.
If I was the event holder and was angry that much I would give him the reward the ban him -
And I never received a PM except from mod Jessy and it was about something I asked her about, so people who think he PMed me, NO he didn't
He just kept saying to me you are a liar when I met him in game
I will be playing in 10mins so I won't reply in the next hour -

Some people are too arrogant and think they own everything with their money my dear, that's one reason this community is toxic, They're ganging on the poor guy for no reason at all lol, a GM attention is needed here of course.

A sidenote to you M.H: Don't ever allow others to disrespect you for no reason, They don't have the right to do so because they have the money, Everyone have money, But There's a saying " Money can't buy you manners". so do care about your dignity and stand up for your cause if it's a righteous one. -

I feel happy after seeing some people standing up against obvious asskissing going on here. People on these forums forget too quickly that if they are holding such events, they are not really doing anyone any favor. It's their own decision to share with community. But you don't have to act like the community somehow is begging you or it depends on these events from you.
I honestly despise the kind of people who do these events, and then start acting like they are special and better than the rest. Their posts look like they have done a big favor to the community by just posting in a thread. Same goes for others who somehow get high post counts in less time, show off their spendings, and than start ganging up and throwing up derogatory comments on others. One such example of this is a particular guy who was recently a mod, but was removed from team due to his unnecessarily egoistic attitude.
