Number of obtainable items ?

'Number of obtainable items' sentence is static ?
It shows that obtainable items are 3 , always
or 4 like the new ZM Special crates

GM Replied 'this sentence refers to the number of items you will receive, not the number of rare items available.'

ZM Special crate gives 4 rares and many other items , why is it still 3 ?

Can you please explain a little more on regarding the problem here? Screenshots of the problem would help.

When you open a crate, you get 3 items. This is what the sentence means. For example you might get gp, a coupon, and a gun. It does not mean the rare items in the crate.
