Crossfire Account

I been playing crossfire since 8 years, I never hacked but today I come online and it says permanetly banned, I submit a ticket and GM are not ready to help all I see is automated message.. I explained them someone probably messed around with my account and I told them to do proper investigation and have a look at ip address where it was getting logged in. Cause I live in Canada Toronto if is getting logged in from somewhere else or outside the country is not me. How can crossfire to be unfair with me while I wasn't using my account. I spent so much money in it and 8 years of time and I believe it was waste of time to stick with crossfire where GM or crossfire support is not ready to help at all. I hope one day, crossfire get better with support so you don't lose players. I kindly asked them if they could show proof against me so I could justify them they are not helpful. All I see is automated message. Very bad service. I looks like crossfire only wants to make money but not help members.. crossfire was helpful when it released subagames. Now all I see crossfire cares about making money they don't care if they lose players. It was waste of time.Thank You
