Multiple Dragon Ring Issues

I have purchased 2 dragon rings over 40 days ago, and it did not say anywhere in item shop that they do not stack, however it did say you can obtain 3 dragon rings. In that case, I thought I could buy 3 and they would stack, however I brought 2 and they did stack. I could use both rings and they would both turn on. However after the patch, I can only turn 1 ring on. And I was noticed then that both rings turning on was a bug, and now I can only turn 1 ring on and not the other. Both would work before the patch, but not after the patch. I sent a ticket regarding this issue, and they can't even give me a refund becuase it was purchased from more then 48 hours ago. I guess this isn't much of a suprise to you guys we all know how broken the game is.

It was announced on the forums the day of release that only 1 can be used at a time. It's not a bug.
It should say in-game that you can only use 1 at a time though, to avoid this situation.

You're saying the game is broken because they fixed the bug that allowed you to use multiple rings at once? Sounds more like fixing it to me.

I'm saying the games broken because it has issues after issue, And why should we have to read forum? It should say have stated it in the item shop, its a game not a stock market.
