Crossfire Error Failed to connect to server

after the new patch i can't login and it says "Failed to connect to server"
anyone know the Solution of this problem?

We would avoid some of this if they changed the server status in the game launcher to offline and HGW showed an error that the game is under maintenance imo.

I agree. Why show the server status in the launcher as "Online" but, the launcher and HGW are both "Offline"?
