- Never use a random Date of Birth

- No matter how much money you spend, these are vitals !

- Even with the right security question / Payment information, the system probably won't let you bypass without the first two requirements above.

Do you have the secret to change account hotmail even with having access to the registered email?

Support is useless, they always sent to you the same automatic response.

They never say the reasons why they rejected the ticket.

They do not tell you which data was incorrectly reported.

My acc is stealed for anyone. That person put in-game name as GM-Zyka. My original ID is Bonafoda.

I already send a ticket, but this guy change name and password. Not sure about he change or no email.

And how can i remember the exactly date i create acc? On my profile i know its in June, 2012.

In ticket i sent replays from my account and they did not even call it.

I'm pretty upset about the way I'm being treated.

This is pretty much it right here. A while ago someone stole one of my alts and changed the email, pw and IGN, but support actually worked with me and I eventually got it back.
