Perm Blocked Bug Still Exist..

I have been innocently perm blocked for 2 months now and i still got my honorable ribbon. I know its a bug cause me and 30+ other people literally have the same problem, I wish these admins would owned up to their mistake and fix this issue already. This game is dying and they don't want to fix a bug where its banning people without a reason, Good one. Oh and I would like to mention that I HAVE been sending tickets but i get the same moderated message over and over, so i'm not even going to waste my time writing a long message with proof and very good reasons to why i don't hack just so they can send the same thing over again. This game does not care about its community.

They look into bans if you send a ticket.
If you've sent a ticket, and they've replied saying you were banned for a reason, then they've manually looked into (and verified) your ban.

Play clean and you won't get banned.
