I have problem buying ZP

I tried to buy 100k via paypal but it only send me back to z8 page and write to me "purchase not success" ,"please try again later"

Maybe this happens because it weekend in my country and the bank doesn't work today?should I try again back in Sunday when they back to work?

Oh great now it telling me "Your character not at the minimal level for buying ZP"
