Yeah it's a bug.
If you look at another player's profile and then you go and check yours, they have changed to the player's badges.
Of couse this doesn't change your own progress, it's just a visual glitch.
The first time I noticed it was because my killmarks were different and they matched the player's profile that I checked out last.
I'm not sure if changing servers fixes this, but logging out and then logging in definitely does, so don't worry.
