Permanent ban.

I got a permanent ban on my main account. Firstly I dont know what the hell happened and why I got my ban for. I had followed the Terms all this years until June 2014, I had no problem with anything until Yesterday. While I was in game I got error and a message Pop up saying You have been permanently banned.

Well the pop-up wouldn't be an error, its simply the system kicking in and notifying you of the ban. I noticed you play ranked mode, are you one of the people who use hackers to rank up? That could do it. Did you share your account? Use razer synapse? Change the game files in any way? Repeatedly censor bypass and get reported for it?

Honestly there's a ton of ways to get banned and most of them are on your end, but if you really want to know why then send in a support ticket and ask.

I've been using Razer Synapse for 2-3 years, so long as you only remap mouse buttons and don't use macros, it's perfectly safe.
