I have 30 ribbons and I havent received the ribbon which says I have 30.

I'd imagine the Support will just give you that Missing Ribbon if you show them that you have 30.

Certainly is worth a shot.

Or of course, depending on how long you've been waiting, it might take a day or two for it to register.

Ribbons take up to 48 hours until there are shown on your profile. If it's not there after 48 hours you should submit a ticket.
