Old Replays

So I have a lot of old replays from Ranked Season 2 of blatant hackers that I haven't reported yet.
Today I was gonna watch some of these replays and start reporting some of them that are still playing daily (and still have HSR)

But when I tried to watch, most of them wouldn't even load. I kept getting stuck on this screen:


So now I have a few questions.

1. Is there any way to fix this? (yes, I already reinstalled)
2. Can support still watch the replays if they don't work for me?

We've had the same issue with a Forumer Room Replay from the first Season.

After ages of it sitting around, It somehow magically fixed itself after a patch.

So as for the questions

1. There is no fix that I know of, just the planets aligning and making it work again somehow.

2. No, I don't think so. We did send them a Support Ticket with said Replay attached, and they claimed they are aware of the issue, and would look into it. A GM might have something a bit more concrete.

We did have an issue in the past where certain replays weren't loading, or were corrupted for some reason. There is no definitive fix, as Preset mentioned. It is still worth submitting them however, as there is still a chance it will run on our side of things, so its always worth a shot.

I can still submit a few that I renamed the file with the hacker's name but there won't be any into like which round or what time etc etc.
I have this one replay that won't load but I have a video of the guy hacking and it's on my youtube account.
Could I send you a message with the video link? I will still send a hacking report but I don't know if it's from the same game lol.

These replays became useless once every map got updated on looks.

I only have 13 replays that are from before the updated maps, all the rest are from after.

I had this issue. One of my old Replays didn't work. I sent to other people to see if it worked or not. After a long time I opened it and it was working fine.

Not for sure (so dont Quote me) but I recall Grumpy making a reply about this awhile ago saying that old replays wouldn't work, as for the current replays are probably Bugged atm.
