my friend have 14 vip weapons and spend a lot of money in this game
today he got permanent block without any reason
for the first time i believe there is block with out any reason
when he told me i shocked and support team didn't help
they didn't even tell him what he did ? what happen ?
at least he should know what he did ......
he got ban because he support this game ?
Should every one stop buying zp ? game will close by banning players?
I do not carry accusations, but I do not hope this will not continue..

Can a [GM] Help him ?

You never get blocked ''without'' reason. That he has VIP doesn't mean anything.

Complaining/posting about it on the forums won't help him or you.
Please create a support ticket so they can assist you in getting your account back.

p.s - if your friend got banned it's probably because there was a reason behind it

Think of it like this: A person buys $1000 worth of items from a store. Next day he comes and starts throwing dirt and garbage on some items in the store. He gets kicked out of the store regardless of his $1000 worth of shopping the previous day. Is it fair that he was kicked, or is it wrong that he was kicked since he spent so much money?
