2. I already sent a ticket to the support yesterday and I'm probably gonna get a response 2 days after the event finishes hahahahahaha
3. I want to die.

Send a support ticket with proof of VIP ownership (Screenshot from storage with IGN) Link them to your Z8 Profile and ask them to manually apply those items to your storage, in the amount you're trying to purchase. While also politely explaining why you can't purchase them yourself. Making a thread after getting a response from support will not help you in any way, shape or form when it comes to Account Issues such as this.

Or maybe try to login from another PC or a different internet at ur friend's or smth...? cuz It works fine for everyone as I see...

However, if you didn't manage to find a solution before the sale is over, ask them to compensate you, selling you the item you wanted with that price They might accept.. who knows
