Crossfire patcher. *IMPORTANT*

I can't play Crossfire because each time I run the patcher, it keeps being stuck at downloading and verifing]

I've been closing the patcher, and running it but it keeps giving me the same thing.


Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Maybe there's some program blocking the game like an antivirus or a firewall. Turn such programs off and try again

I don't know, sorry. Usually this is the cause for this.
Are you sure you got them all turned off ?
1- Antivirus
2- Anti malware
3- Antivirus Firewall and/or Windows Firewall
4- Windows Defender
Also, open the task manager and check if any strange processes running in the background, maybe its another program thats blocking the game.
You should check the info mentioned here as well.
