Issue in the Shop (or EP shop )

It won't show howmany ZP/EP i have no matter howmany times i refresh/sign out and in again and when i try to buy any Item For ZP or EP it will tell me that my Balance is 0 although i have 14k ZP and nearly 100k EP
I have sent a ticket




Here it is telling me that i must be a vip user to complete the purchase and that i have 0 zp !




Here the proof that I have 2 Vips and more than 0 zp !



Finally please fix this issue as soon as possible before Spring sale ends ! I really want to get the package of 30 Special axe crates !

Ofcourse and I hate to tell you as this happens to me too, You need to send a support ticket with all the info as people on the forum don't have a hand in this and can't fix it themselves.however the devs can please send this as a support ticket ASAP before the sale ends.

Have you tried to restart your browser? Maybe clear your cache and cookies before going to that page.

I did also tried it with my phone and another PC , also tried alt account and it worked fine so the problem is with the account ..

Hmm, if the problems lays within your account then there isn't much I can do to help you here. The only people who can help you now is Support by sending in a Support Ticket.

I would also suggest to try it on a different browser.

I'd definitely send in a support ticket. The sale doesn't end for another 3 days and Support will most likely be able to fix your problem tomorrow.
