Game closes when I try joining the game

So I open the game, okay I choose a server then i choose a channel then a room,after that i join the game and while there is the loading screen the game just closes and crashes I don't get an error so I can't screenshot the problem.I tried also adjustin the resolution to my actual monitor settings wont work ,all resolutions dont work.Happens 1 in every 2 games but recently its been happening in every game I join.ASIDE from the failed to connect to host server error which is caused by a blockage in MY VOIP.
