Any advantage over other players is bannable. (anything used other then your hands, [programs])

lol i had to smile there. Well a dot that u draw or tape on ur screen is not a program or? so basically no it can't be banable since The GM's and we as a community can't look at ur screen. however it's still unfair tho and I would say that you shouldn't do it just for fair gameplay.
Btw don't we have Rings that gives u an extra crosshair? maybe u should check it out :P

Mind you, that ring requires you to hit first for it to show a hitmarker, and usually, when you do hit? The Guy you hit will likely keel over and die.

Therefore the ring might have limited uses in Sniper Matches.

Ring doesn't give you a crosshair, it just tells you when you hit someone or not xD

You can use Barrett Shark or whatever the name...
