Fix that game please

i know you are work hard for fix that game but there are so many bugs and issue in this game:

1.ranked match- every time i have daily mission in ranked match i use "swap button", ranked match full hackers And there is no enforcement .
somtimes there are players with speed-hack /aim bot and you just know they use hack and somtimed there are high rank player that use wall-hack and they know to hide the hack .
more problems in this mode- you cannot kick anyone,so if hacker join to the game you can exit game and lose ur rank or lose and lose rank+d.k ratio.
you need to think about Solution.

2.reporet system-This system causes you to not send reports.
* Is in a browser, outside the game
* It is complicated and cumbersome
* You must save the game and upload it to the browser, sometimes it does not happen because you go out before, get a kick, the game disconnects (and it happens a lot), or you just forget to keep and accidentally click "OK" button.
Try to upgrade this system as there are other games for example CS: GO.
The system also allows users to decide what is relevant and help the support team
*No feedback - I have a huge list of users I have reported, I have no idea what happened to them.
Those who use the hacks deserve a ban (not for a few hours / week).

3.hero mode- I simply offer you the admins who will come into the room and understand alone (especially in UK1-3).
So many people who use tricks to destroy the mode, and it works I rarely play more in this mode.
They use hacks or glichs or temporary laggs (running programs that increase ping-torrent / YouTube, etc.).
When they're with Laggs you see them jumping from place to place ... I'm sure you know what it's all about.
* It is not possible to give kicks - on the one hand it is good and on the other it is problematic - there are many players who take advantage of it.
* The boxes in MODE do not really help anymore. They contain useless weapons.
I also suggest to those who have VIP weapons he will not exchange / throw him but simply reload it.

4.S&D- The best mod for my taste.
Sometimes there are annoying bugs on the maps, stuck in objects mainly on the stairs.
* Pingers' problem: The normal ping that most users have is between 70-90 but there are 10-40 ping and they have the advantage that they see me a second or two ahead of me.
(A similar problem also for those are ping too high).

5.BLACK MARKET CREAT-
I do not even know where to start.
The new design is really beautiful but the chance to win is still too difficult.
I suggest that players with seniority / high rank will have more chances to win.
For example: We opened in my brother user (the highest level) more than two hundred boxes today and did not win anything pre. ... And this is not the first or second time it happens ...
Sometimes it seems to me that there is no value for the money I pay for the game.

6.New issues after each update-
Over the past month, new problems have emerged that are bringing the fun out of the game: DISCONNECT problem
It happens a lot, and it's mostly frustrating that it happens after a long game of S&D or ZM3 -please fix it untill next update.

7.support ticket-
There is no feedback, I submit a report and you answer me and do not allow me to comment again.
In fact, I recently sent a ticket on the subject of the missing ribbon, you replied that you have no information confirming that I deserve this ribbon, and that I need to send proof.
I have no proof except that the ribbon appeared to me in profile and after the update disappeared ... and also that the progress bar is already impossible to see and I dont have a screenshot of it.
-It reminds me of a similar problem of your support that happened to me in the past when a user was stolen from me.
I showed you proofs of credit card, first name, last name,paypal codes and still claimed You can not help if I do not have the email.
I explained to you that I had lost it ,And so it ended without help.

These are actually the main problems now in the game.
I would be happy if there were comments from the administrators.

It's not the 10-40 ping that's the problem. Players from the UK will all have low ping on the UK servers. The UK servers are designed for UK players, so it's aimed at the people with low ping, it's not designed for players to have high ping. You can't penalize players for playing from the country the server is designed for just because their opponents are from 1000 miles away.

As much as this would benefit me... No.
New players deserve the same chances to win than veteran players. Why should they have to spend more to win just because they're new? This would just turn new players away from the black market.

1: Browser-based reports: I really do think we need an in-game report function. I agree with this part.
2: Complicated and cumbersome: I do think 1 field (rounds) is confusing, but the rest is self-explanatory.
3: You must save and upload the replay: If you get kicked, press Escape, Enter, then click save replay. It will leave the room and save the replay. If you don't have to upload a replay, how would you prove they are breaking the rules? Unfortunately besides replays this game does not have a way to view previous matches so I don't think this is possible, though it would make a good addition.
