While I would like to see some new weapons there, there are probably a lot of people out there (Mostly players who don't buy zp) who haven't got a single one of the permanent coupon rewards yet. It'd be unfair on the free players if the weapons switched before they even got a chance to get one.

The coupon system isn't just extra free guns for those who spend. It's a nice reward for everyone which includes the completely Free To Play players who don't spend ZP. And for those who don't spend ZP it takes them a lot longer to build up coupons, especially if they miss events. As stated it'd be unfair to them to continuously change it just because ZP Spendors blow through the coupons and get all 3 guns fast OR just because people think one or two of the guns are silly or just not OP enough for them.
I'm more looking forward to the Coupon Expansion that pushes our limit up to 250 and IF that will also include more rewards up to a 250 section and if so...what will be there. I think that's the better option anyways personally. -
With all the events that give free ZP capsules it pretty silly to change the coupons only once a year
I didn't buy any ZP in latest 3 years and managed to get all the current and last year guns in the first day they were released
Also I wish old 2010 ZP guns (such as as scope and ak knife) came back as GP crates -
It'd be nice if they have some decent temp weapons, tbh. The 50 and under coupon weapons are kinda trash (heck, one of them is even an AK-Camo; a GP weapon) while the 100 coupon weaps are nice, but last for 60 days only. I remember the old high-coupon weapons lasting 90.
Still, the perm weapons arent too bad, except for the MP7-Pink. Its kinda hella trash, lul -

I'll agree it was kinda shocking to see that the 100 coupon temporaries were only 60 days instead of 90...I mean I get why seeing as unlike before when they were MOSTLY non-released or rather weapons you couldn't get anywhere else...now they are weapons previously released many of which are from ZP Crates. But for the stuff on the lower end I agree there as well. AK Camo and other very basic stuff is lolworthy. They should've kept some of the weapons they had just put into the coupon system about 6 months before the new system. The FAD, SCH 60/90, PMR30 Camo, KAC PDW, etc etc.
As for the MP7 Pink....it may be super bad to use...but I think the point of it was that it's more of a collectors especially for those trying to get the Real Men Wear Pink ribbon as it does in fact count for that. And honestly I agree with that approach to the permanents they have in the coupon section. 1 Decent/Good primary, 1 okay-good other weapon, and 1 focused as a collectors would be awesome. -

If you checked the wiki , you'll find that CF NA has the most decent weapons in coupons category among other CF versions.
