My account had been permanently blocked, But I never used any bug and hacks.
I sent ticket to crossfire support, they said my account violated your Terms of Service and Games Policies.
But I didn't do it.
Last Wednesday I played the game , when I ready to start new game, my account suddenly quit.when I log in again. My account had been blocked.I really didn't do anything to violate your Terms of Service and Games Policies.
My account had so much VIPs
I am so sad. I don't know what happened
