Recent problem closing Crossfire

Hopefully one of you will have a fix for me, in the last two weeks ever time I close Crossfire I get this pop up "client mfc application has stopped working" I've uninstalled, deleted the folders reinstalled, run the compatibility tool, tried all the different settings and still nothing fixes it. My pc is a custom build with windows 10 home, 980TI video card, AMD 8350 proc and 16G ram. Everything else seems to be working as it should just Crossfire is not working correctly. Thanks in advance for any help !

Happens with me too sometimes, but I don't pay much attention to it cuz after all it happens when closing CF, just like with you.

I may be wrong but this might have to do with the full screen bug that's going on currently when you exit a game. Earlier, the lobby, settings etc screen used to be on a fixed resolution, and only when you entered a game it changed to your set resolution. And after finishing the game, it would come back to the usual fixed screen resolution in lobby, with black bars on both side. But for some time now, after finishing a game and coming to the lobby, it stays full screen, stretched out side-to-side without any black bars. I think this error appears when you close CF in this state. I'll try to confirm if I'm right or wrong.

Edit: Nope, I was wrong. Happened without even playing a game and closing the client.

this has been occurring to me but only since like Saturday. almost every time I click on the Exit Game button I get that error message. I know it's been happening to a fair few others as well. To me it seems likely that it could be an issue with the log-in server on the backside with logging accounts out but i'm not too sure about that. I haven't reported it yet myself as it's not THAT big of a deal to me and for some reason my computer doesn't want to take a screenshot of that moment. =/

Yeah... now i know im not the only one with this problem Its not a very important problem, but with time it gets more and more annoying xD
