Hello,
Ive senden 2 times a ticked to recover my account.

The problem is after 2 days i dit join but then got the mm server error. After that error i couldn't log in again. It says wrong password.
I tried another account and i only can join ingame but not log in to the site z8games...

My account is 6years old i dont remember my secret awnser and no fcking staff wants to help... Do somthing about it ive payments on my account.

If you sent 2 tickets you will get an answer soon. I can't tell you when exactly but mostly it's within a few days.
also we here on the forum cannot help you with this

Send a ticket to the complaints department and complaint to them about the account admin department
Complaint to Gm about other Gm
I do it all the time...0% success always reject

Accountant info dont mach... I dont give a dang about that my pw wont change automatically. Im going to put charges on crossfire cus i still have my payments right. I hope the police would do somthing cuz non of you are helping. Sending tickets and get the same that my account wont mach... Im sick of it

Legally, they've done nothing wrong. They're refusing to release an account to someone who doesn't have the right information. If they let someone into your account because they said "Don't worry about the secret answer", you'd be up in arms over it, so they have to keep it secure. The point of a secret question/answer is that you remember it. Something you cannot forgot. Your first car, your first school, your first pet, etc.

You won't like it, but it's your own fault you don't remember/didn't keep the information safe.
