This question was asked when we had AWM VIP in EP shop Temp and GM said any VIP exclusive items remains only to Permenant VIP owners. I believe this also applies to temp VIP from events.

It would seem, we won't get the May Patch now, until next week 9th of May, Tuesday night. As we are in late Thursday of May the 4th and the usual time schedules is Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
