Is there a way too change ur forum name?

So im back playing crossfire again, but I've changed my Ingame name several times. The problem is that i accualy want them too be kinda the same a couple of years back i could change it in my proflie settings, but that option is now gone. do i have too send a ticket too support or is it not possible anymore.
