No Perm Name Card

"Added the following Permanent Name Cards for Players who have completed the corresponding weapon collection.
These Name Cards will not be rewarded until Wednesday April 19th at 10AM EST"

Well, it's April 20, 2017 at 6:02 am EST and still no perm name card for the complete weapon collection. (YES...I do have complete collections)
I have not seen any in-game so I am wondering......Does anyone have theirs?
Just checking to see before I send in a ticket.

I checked my profile all day yesterday, even past 10am EST like they stated, and nothing.
I'll log on very soon and update this post whether I have mine now or not, but I doubt it if I didn't receive them on the time they stated.

Edit: Still no namecards.

I expect because there's a large amount of people who have completed collections, the namecards are a bit late.

That was my first thought to be honest, but I also think it would be on an automated system. For example, like when you get 20 ribbons, the M4A1-Custom Crystal is automatically put into your account. When you obtained the full Ares set, the Ares Grenade is put into your account.
..but yeah, I think it's best to wait until the end of the weekend, and if you don't have them by then, send a ticket on the Monday.

it takes up to 48 hours until you receive the name cards. Don't worry I don't have mine either

The GMs are aware of this issue. Hopefully, it gets fixed on Monday!
