Revive Tokens in Mileage Shop count for ribbon?

title says it all.If i buy revive tokens in the mileage shop,would thez count towards the ribbon where i gotta purchase 1000 revive tokens

No, it doesn't count. You have to purchase 1000 coins with ZP. I would suggest you to wait until they are on a sale.

For example, like Black Friday sale. I think the tokens were 50% off?

Yes, I meant this^. In such sales like Black Friday, Boxing Day....etc, Revive Tokens are much cheaper.
That's if they decide to put them on sale.

There was another thread exaclty like this one, and [MOD]Andrew said that they CURRENTLY don't count.

Although he didn't specifically say that they will, the frasing leads me to believe that eventually they will count towards the ribbon.
If he sees this and he can say anything more about that, ie when and if it's sure that they will, I believe he will say so.
