Fever Gauge kept going lower bug?

I noticed that sometimes(happened on earlier version as well but didn't paid attention) when i play just like now i've spent almost 2 hrs playing different game S&D, FFA, TDM i didn't stayed afk on room or lobby, or at least checked my storage but it took less than 10 sec before starting another game.
The fever gauge when i logged was like 40%(i can't remember well the number because i didn't paid attention) but as i played it went low, it's currently at 10-15%.
How does this works? It's really confusing it says F1 first section fever time 40min maintain, does this mean you have to play a game(single match) exactly or more than 40min? Or is it just bugged?

When the bar was lowering was it a purple glowing color? My guess is it was because the way the fever bar works is this:

Starts filling up with F1 and is RED while filling up
Once filled to 100% the bar changes a purple glowing like color and begins to decrease back down to 0%. During this time you have the maximum benefits of F1 fever tier.
Once F1 hits back down to 0...rinse and repeat but with F2 tier that gives better bonuses.
Then once F2 decreases back down it begins filling F3 but when F3 fills completely up it stays at 100% and you continue to get the max benefits that F3 provides for the rest of that day I do believe.
