Unfair, why it's a regular term for Z8 policy?
Pretty simply to give you guys some interesting information about this game's policy and justice at all.
So the 8th anniversary have passed, every player who wanted to get the permanent shotgun just had to collect mission's letters. And if u have a "daily free time" you can also make the 2nd part of event, just play some games in special maps.
What about me, i did only for the ribbon. cuz i stucked in one position, keeping 35 ribbons.
I'm pretty sure(1000%) that i completed it. I'm sure, cuz i was getting these crates untill 8th of day.
Then after it, at the end of the month i reached the last reward of "daily mission progress". So both of these missions i've done and even took a screenshot for guarantee(cuz already knew they will crafting me)
After a couple of days from the patch update, i recieved my ribbon, and then in 3-5 days after checking my profile they just removed it. And again moved back to 35.
I can't really figure out it. I waited the respond from support 7 days, and they just answered me as i expected to read.
I need an answer from Administration team

Well, the community can't help you with this one since none of us have any access to Z8Games resources so therefore, we can't determine if this is true or false. However, I very doubt the database is lying and if they say you haven't met the requirements then maybe you haven't.
You can try to send in another Support Ticket with the screenshot that you posted here. -
The ribbon was originally distributed incorrectly. This means that some users who didn't receive it, got it. Then to fix this, it was removed from EVERYONE and returned to those users who actually completed the entire requirements to get it. If you already sent a ticket, and were told that you were not on the list of players who completed the event, this means that you did not earn the ribbon, and this is the reason you did not get it back.
