Question about Event..

How long will this event last because something is going with the servers. I have played like 10 games and every freaking time the match ends.The freaking game crash and I'm back at my home screen. I even waited 2 hours for the page too updated too see if my games counted and they don't. I truly don't feel like wasting my time in SnD if im not going too get the prizes again.

Have you sent in a support ticket regarding this issue yet? If not then you'll need to do so, especially if you're the only one who's experiencing this problem. Otherwise they might not know about the problem or at the very least lack good details to help flush it out sooner. So if you haven't sent a ticket do so...and if you know anyone else who is having the same/similar problem have them send one in too and include as much detail as possible.

As for when it'll be fixed...that all depends on if they find the cause and know what needs to be done to fix it quickly or if it needs something more in-depth than just a simple reset or configuration of settings.

Yes I have noticed issue with Egyptian players erroring out a lot in S&D but I think that is a region issue with ISP clients in Egypt

As above stated event ends on 30th so plenty of time.

Am from egypt but cant understand what u mean
Its a problem from our country or the game's servers ?
Btw the problem appeared exactly after the update that brought the mp shop

£There are different Internet service providers in egypt and some can be overloaded and cause connection problems that's why some who are on different providers in egypt have no issue and some other providers are okay. This doesn't mean that the issue is Egypt, it just means that not all issues are Z8 related.

Could try rebooting router, renew and release IP, security software sometimes affect Z8 client are patches etc.
