Like it's not enough I can't start single game because your servers are full of errors after every patch...now I'm also banned for 1 hours because of YOUR fault

Please make sure you are not being blocked by any antivirus or firewall, and then reinstall the game fresh, and try not to alter any of the files if you have done so.
