A lovely response from a Lovely MOD
Guys, I am gonna let you judge this!
This Morning I posted a solution about fixing the Error most of ppl from a certain region get once they join a game from the start , which force them to wait and join in the middle of the game !
very well, as you see in the attachment that a MOD removed it cuz its considered as a third party Illegal program that is considered ban , I thank him/her and respected the fact that the Mod is just doing the Job he is assigned to and assumed that the error will get fixed during this maintenance.
I logged now and tried to Host a game , Boom I get the error, so I activated the "Illegal program" and game worked Just fine :x
I wanna mention also that I asked some of my friends who live in the affected region and 8 out of 10 confirmed that they can't start any room without using the "Illegal program"
So, what do we have here?
I don't wanna start accusations thats the staff doesn't do their job in reporting such issues to the meant ones, or that the Technical team is lousy at doing their Job . all I want is a running game ._.
So , If we are not allowed to use a third party software to make us able to play the game cuz its considered Illegal then why are you NOT taking care of it? cuz apparently The |Majority of players from Egypt and Middle east have that problem ugh , probably this thread will be removed by the team but I cba , I wouldn't have bothered to write here or search for a solution if it wasn't for an issue that matters, please tell me what do you think, TIA

CFNA with NA servers and UK servers. as much as you don't like to hear this, this does not contain Egyptian servers
So yeah the answer is simple....
HOWEVER I feel like this ping-block thing is really paying off, i've never played with so much low pingers as I ever did, past few weeks, -

A MOD is there to enforce the rules they've been given.
Using 3rd Party Programs is against said rules, and you got punished for it for openly trying to get people to use it, so that elusive MOD acted completely in accordance of the orders he/she has been given.
While it certainly must suck to get DC'd the whole time, rules are rules, I'm afraid.
You'll have to wait until the Issue gets dealt with and an official fix is available. -
Indeed, that Error started since the last patch which is not a "long" ago , still after this maintenance they haven't fixed it, while the fun thing is that a third party program fixed it , so tell me the fact that they wont me fix it my own way while they don't wanna fix it , I think they are contradicting themselves,, and you guys judge anything you see here if its allowed or NOT so common , here is your chance!You are trying to fix a ''error'' by using a 3rd party program which is not allowed. It would like dream come true of this 'error' thing is happening not by chance but by some new decisions from Z8. If this is true then I'll be happy as long as this lasts XD -

Who say they don't want to fix it? It's not like they can fix it in 5 min. There is even more stuff that they haven't fixed yet which are broken even longer.
Oh well, if you want to use this 3rd party program, go ahead, but don't cry when you get caught using it by anti cheat or something, lol. -

it WILL happen. I've seen people getting permbanned for using VPNs. -

Anyways , I am waiting for a lil announcement or a promise or w.e from the staff , Just let us know that you know about it and it'll get fixed cuz the fact that you haven't mentioned it makes me wonder thats all -

You probably shouldn't have admitted to that. I'm not judging you for wanting to play when you're unable to normally, but admitting to using 3rd-party programs could potentially get you banned. -

I do understand , I never tested it on my main acc anyways, and I f i wanted to use it I wouldn't have posted here again and just did like everyone else and played happily with it but I want a fix from their side , thats all about timaster_mann wrote: »You probably shouldn't have admitted to that. The truth is:
1-Vpn is not allowed and can give u ban
2- they dont do this error to ban egys (keep dreaming if u wanna this:P )

Okay, lets give you an answer from a GM instead.
If you have an issue, you need to send a ticket for more help.
VPN's are not allowed, and yes, your account can be banned as a result of using them. So you promoted a third party program which is illegal as far as the terms and conditions you agreed to are concerned. By doing this, you have put multiple accounts at risk of being banned simply because they didn't know better and might follow your 'solution'. The infraction you received was not only valid, it was actually pretty easy compared to what I personally may have given you. In the future, do not suggest using VPN's or any other third party programs to users, and you will be fine. For now, I am closing this thread. If you have an issue with this action, or the action of any GM, MOD, or Staff member in general, I encourage you to send a ticket so it can be handled in the proper manner.
This thread is not the proper manner.
