Yes but different​ reports using the same replay would be fine.

You could request an Investigation following up after a fwe reports showing the members using cheats/exploits which could result in a clan disband/Ban for some of the members.

You will flood the hacking report like that.
Upload the replay and type all the cheaters from that game in the same form, also type more info about them.

These clans do not have a single legit player, if you see someone from these clans without hack in one game that means that his hack is patched and that he hacked in the past, i can guarantee that.
For now all we can do is to report them one by one but please spent some time to report them.

Well, I'm not sure which clan the OP is reffering too, but you can check the first two pages of "players" in the competitive list and you will see one or two clans with low level members who have ridiculous kill/death and headshot/kill ratios.
Unfortunately, due to forum rules, it's not allowed to name any of them.
