I've previously had such an issue. A friend gifted me zp, but the bonus zp was put in his own account not mine. I sent a support ticket asking them why we had to face that. They replied that I should contact the sender and ask him to contact the support team to give 'em permission to transfer the bonus zp from his account to my account. A few days later, I received my bonus zp and everything was just fine.

This is all you have to do, ask "sropedia" to contact Z8 Games support team and ask them to transfer the bonus zp from their account to your account. It shall be implemented smoothly and quickly. You don't have to worry. Best of luck.

If there was an issue with a payment you should send a support ticket asap. While the gms do check the forums it is not their primary source for issues.

seems weird that one of the payment options would work like a gift factor from the payment company. That should certainly get looked into and changed for that pay option.

But in the case of ZP Bonus or Bonus packs that go with the purchases they always go to the official buyer of the ZP and not the person receiving the gifted ZP. Unless of course you do what MidoIsLegend said and the buyer asks them to transfer the bonus stuff to the person being gifted. I would certainly contact the 'sropedia' company and explain your situation to them and see if they can help by contacting Z8 about this.

obviously i'd avoid using that pay option, if possible, in the future unless you get word that this gets changed.

I don't see Sropedia here on the list at http://www.z8games.com/deposit.html?location=WCF1 under Egypt. Can you please explain where you bought this ZP from?

I do not personally check tickets. I will let the support team know to keep an eye out though.

This whole thing doesn't even sound reliable. A compagny who first recieves money, and then send as gift? weird.
they may have accounts where they use the bonus zp on to buy VIP's (after a bunch of people bought zp trough their website) so that they can sell VIP accounts online
(just a conspiracy theory, it doesn't have to be true at all, haha)

Well, you got a point, but the thing is that 'company' is a trustworthy one. They are well known -here in Egypt- for providing such services for almost every online game, so they don't have to risk their reputation for that.
Besides, buying ZP in Egypt is extremely expensive as it's not done through local currency, so such companies kinda facilitates the purchasing process by helping people to deposit. They offer some offers tho, idk how they manage to make it in slightly lower prices, but they do!

Well, at least this what everyone say... Many Egy players dealt with them and the results were always satisfying for both. I'm not sure why it's not on the list tho.

ahh okay it all makes sense now. That company isn't a normal pay option via Z8 ZP purchases but they buy digital currencies for/in games for players that use their services. So he paid someone (in this case company) to buy him the ZP hence why it has to be done as a gift and all this happened. My normal instincts would be to not buy that route if it can be avoided as it could turn up issues later. (for example i'd imagine that the company has the purchase tickets so say if you need purchase tickets to recover your account ever you'd have to hope that company would be willing to help you and that Z8 support would even accept it since it's gifted ZP. It also adds in the more potential for something to go wrong and get charged back I'd say. But...if it works it works.) Glad you got it sorted this time around.
