Zm3 points Distribution!

Since I'm close to level 30 , I wanted to know what is the most commonly used point distribution now, I have spread the points equally and its working fine forme , but is there a better build? ready to hear your opinions ty

  • what I did was dish all my points out on the Damage increasing ones and then also onto the HP one as well. Didn't bother with Armor because the bonus there doesn't amount to much more than you'd get beyond equipping regular Bullet Proofing and ZM3 damage reduction character gear. And the Respawn would be nicer if it cut down the time a bit more or if you plan on dying A LOT ...but when you play with a good team then dying should be a minimum anyways. Where as maxing the damage attributes ensures you do maximum damage and the HP allows you to live longer and have more to restore if you have a flag bearer or plan on using healing items.
  • Honestly I wouldn't say there is a perfect build style for your points. Normally the best thing is to max out the stats you would want the most. Most people do more hp..more dmg and more dmg for each boss which would make the zombie mode move a lot faster. I do recommend that you get the more dmg because it branches off to other ZM modes not just ZM3!
  • Just don't put points in respawn easy as that
  • First and foremost invest your points into "Basic Damage" which increases your overall damage to all enemies AND it also carries over to ZM1 and ZM2 so this one is a must.

Secondly, invest in "HP" or "Armor" (i have both maxed) simply so that u dont get 1-hit KO'd by that Glacier Beast (ice monkey boss) when he uses his drop attack which is hard to dodge.

when u have the 2-3 mentioned above maxed out then your pretty much good to go.
The other stats are side stats IMO.
But "Respawn Time Decrease" could be usefull if you don't plan on using Revive Tokens to come back to life or if you have a team that doesn't have them, it basically increases
your chance of survival and succes in this.

As for the other specific damage stats, Bionic, Mechanic and Human type damage. Just choose the one you find the hardest to take down but they're not all that neccesary really.

Lastly, for the Class related upgrades, max out Sentry Turret and Drone. they're the most useful.

Having a Healer is also nice but only if the Healer has his Flag maxed out.

Claymore is great and it does alot of damage but it's more effective against groups of monsters rather then bosses so make ur choice there.

Shock equipment is one you should NEVER use. I tried it as a lvl 1 shock and it does thinking it could do something special in zm3 but nope.
It does the exact same thing it does in ZM2.... occasionally shocking and slowing down the zombies.
although i do believe that the intervals of shocking get shorter and shorter it's still quite useless in ZM3 if you ask me.

That's all from me, good luck! :D

as a hidden reminder: im not gonna spoil anything because that's not allowed here but let me tell you this.
you don't really have to worry about the stat distribution in ZM3 because of a certain thing that might come up in the future ;)

just to clarify that you have 30 skill points when you reach lv maxi, and the maximum skill points which can be distrubuted on each skill is 6.

I personally go for a DPS build rather than a build aims for survival, cuz I have rings + m4 born beast which makes it easier to survive.
Although depends on different situation, different people may have different builds. However, there is a skill which is really essential/useful I found.
    It is
    increase basic damage

As you can see, it can boost the damage for all ZM, ZM2, ZM3 maps. If you play a lot of ZM, never miss this skill ! :D

As for others, it really depends. I post my build here as a reference which I found is quite good.

Although I don't play ZM3 a lot, but I did get many trophies.

If you aim a build for more DPS, then choose all damages boost skills + increase HP. Why not increase AC? (cuz AC can not be restored unless you respawned, but HP can always be restored, which makes increase HP>increase AC)
If you aim a build which wants a maximum survival in ZM3, then choose increase AC + HP, and add some damage boost on different types.
However, i don't recommend waste skill points on shorten respawn time since I think that skill point is not really necessary.... at least, not useful for me.
  • Wow. The replies got really long.

    Here is the tl;dr.

Max everything Bionic Damage and above. Use the remaining points in Machine or Human, your choice. I believe that pain in the ass ice boss is Bionic, so that's why I buffed up Bionic. The rest went into Human for me. Shorten respawn time, while not entirely useless, just isn't worth giving up points put into extra damage.
  • That was really useful for me and on point , thank you alot guys , Everything is clear for me now.
  • that's really helpful ! , especially using aa buster thx
