20 Ribbons

Hi, was just wondering if anyone knows why I won't get the 'My ribbons are made of crystals' ribbon after getting 20 ribbons? I first thought it would just take a while, but had it for a week now and I have yet to get the weapon or ribbon.

You may have a ribbon that isn't counting towards the 20. Send in a ticket and the team can check into it and if it's something like that than others will be happy

He's saying what it means on the can.

There might just be a ribbon which for some odd reason doesn't count towards having 20 Ribbons in total, leaving him with 19 towards the "My Ribbons are made of Crystal" Ribbon, or perhaps even less.

It's a reasonable thought.

I'm guessing you didn't get the m4a1 crystal?
