Ring effects

For the Dragon Ring zombie reflect, does anyone knoew exactly how it works? does it block the damage or just deal the amount they do back at the zombies as well?
Is the chance to heal hp when killing zombie high?

I'm not sure about reflecting, but healing perk from ring at medium is really rare in my opinion.

That is correct, the ring gives you a higher chance to damage them as they damage you. With this effect you will not get HP and you will not be protected. More like "You hit me, you hit your self xD"

Rate is like every 50-100 zombies you kill, you get a heal. Pretty low.

I have a ring with 3 Heal perks. I get total of 8 HP back but it's so rare. My M4 OB heals most of the time.

It got some other cool perks though, but if you are going for HP, you should check this
