So I saw a SPOP-Elite today... How did he get it?

I know temp versions have been released in the past from events and pre-orders but I haven't heard anything involving the SPOP-Elite in a while...

If I remember correctly it came for 30 days along with a booster package last month, just like this month's package that has Swat elite instead.

I won 1 Perm in a raffle. 25 players have it perm.

That one from the last month was actually Orchid Summer.

Only downside is that perm spop elite is bugged and doesnt have smoke protection perk as 30 day version did have.
