joining game timing

Alot of times I join a game in bad time I find my self dead before I recognise what's is going on
So please can you just put me in spectator mode if the round already begun?

I agree it's annoying that late spawns happen. It should be that at the start of every round no more people can spawn in. Unfortunately due to laggy connections i'm not too sure how well it'll fully work. But...i'm sure they could do something where if they aren't ready to FULLY spawn in the spawn spots then they are considered a spectator.

I think you spawn in Search and Destroy games before the 2:00 mark. Other round-based modes you don't spawn in until the next round, for whatever reason. But dying is an issue that needs to be addressed.
