Lost ID/Pw link

Why the lost id/pw link is only letting you to reset your password and doesn't send you all the account info like it did before?
Old friend of mine want to come back to the game and he don't remember anything only the email.(not the id and not the pw)

I think he means that he have the account's email
So he have a point why don't they send the account info to the email

Unfortunately, lost log in ID cannot be recovered.

I have this problem with one of my old accounts that is linked to my personal email and did all that I could with the support to even get them to release the id only, but to no luck couldn't even manage to do that.

That's why we had an event to update our details and would be great return of that even for one week.

However I did like the details of the account in question using forgot link, however if it was deemed a security risk then it was a good decision removing it.
