Creation Date

My account is more than 6 years old and i obviously dont remeber my creation date after that time. But to recover my account, i need the creation date. Can somebody tell me how Im able to find out my creation date ? I think its dumb that you need this date to recover your account you cant keep this date in mind forever.

if u still use the same email as when u created the account u might have the very first email from cf where it says the date.

Thats my problem. My mail to which my account is linked got hacked and i cant recover it. But to change my email i need this date without it i always get the same answer from the support and im tired of this. I have every information except for this dumb creation date its just frustrating.

I had the same problem a while ago when my account got hacked, I couldn't recover it and I gave up on it. A while ago I received an email on the most recent associated email of my hacked account saying that I provided all the info to verify my ownership, but I never sent a ticket at that time. Till this day, the hacker is still playing on my account.

Yeah well I guess Ill give up on this as well. Its just pointles this recover system is dumb. You cant remeber the exact date after 6years. I hope theyll change it one day..

If u rememeber IGN u can check the creation date on cross fire profile page ..

The day is not specified, I sent in 14 tickets everyone with a different date...

this could be idiot but , if u know already the year , the month on ur crossfire profile u could keep sending tickets with different days until u get the right day xD
