Fraps and hack website sponsoring

As I can't get an answer to my questions where I should, I'm gonna ask here.



Is sponsoring of a website in game chat, which contains only cheats for many games, including crossfire, a bannable offense?
As far as I know it is, but this player seems to be good at avoiding punishment.

I had a recording software running at the time of taking this screenshot. Does that make my screenshot useless? As in, does it mean it's altered and amazing and helpful people in support will not even take it into consideration?

Not sure why recording would matter? I would think they punished for advertising cheats. Did you send it in already?

By your comment I'm guessing you have reported this person before ?

I cannot say if screenshot proof is enough. However, it is a good idea to send the link to the GMs, so that the tool can be added to their whitelist and they can work against it.

I sent it already, but the 'tool' costs like 10$, so idk if they are ready to make such investments :P

You must have faith in our Game Masters! They are willing to improve the health of the game in general with whatever they do. You just have to believe and be faithful!

I had faith but meh...

Four times they replied "we will review the evidence and act accordingly" thingie, and once "we can not inform you about actions taken against another account".

I don't feel like letting this lad just walk away.

There was this BOT going around in NA promoting hacks, I reported and they banned the account. Sadly, it came back with new accounts every time I reported it. Been a long time since I saw this BOT though.
