Size Limit for replay file for Reporting

Yo ladies and gentlemen,
Not sure if anyone have this problem before, for me is a little bit particulier, I wanted to report a hacker or a sort of glitcher in a HM map Merida, but since it is a 17 rounds games and I joined game from round 3, so in the end, the file size is 32.4 MB which is larger than size limit which is 32MB.
I know this is not common since usually replay size is smaller than 32 MB, but I think they should set the size to 35MB, so this will basically solve any problems of this sort of.

What's your opinion?

  • Try compressing it to reduce its size. Then upload the compressed file to support.

".zip or rar files will not be accepted for hacking reports."

Maybe it's better to keep the limit at 32 MB, just so already broken cheap servers don't suffer even more. Not sure...

Also, "creating"-lag-on-purpose-to-mutate-someone is not bannable most of the time (from my perspective atleast).
    This player: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YnNhdr-5aVg
is still playing. Yes I did report him both via hacking reports and support tickets.

But gl with banning a player from that replay

    ^ do this
  • I agree, they need to take into account matches that last longer than usual. Such as Matches that go to 12/12 S&D rounds end up over the Size limit or as Above stated during HMX games.

Extra limit will reduce the Support Ticket submissions regarding this matter and keep the Hacking Reports through the Hack Report Channel rather than Support which is then sent to the appriopraite department then queued as Normal.
