I had the ribbon yesterday and now today I don't what is going on?

You probably didn't finish all of the tasks. They removed and re-distributed the ribbon since they also distributed it to ppl who didnt fully completed it.

I checked it cause of profile bug, to see if they fixed it.

I had the ribbon too and then it was gone. Not sure why, i'm pretty sure I did all the tasks, got all the VIPs and finished the monthly mission thing.
