In-game connection problem

the connection simply freeze after joining a game for 3 - 5 seconds and here is me trying desperately to play one single game

I'm not alone with this issue (mostly Egyptian players has this issue as well)
but also some players doesn't have it
now i'm not pointing that Z8 is trying to restrict Egyptians from the game cuz that won't make any sense. I only wonder if I will ever play normally again?

Very important PS: Before April update I had the same problem on NA SERVERS ONLY; Now after April update I still have the problem on BOTH UK & NA SERVERS

The GMs mentioned in the stream said to send in a Support Ticket regarding this issue with as much detail as you can provide. This will hopefully then help them solve the problem.

Try this:

*Turn your router off for 10-30 mins then turn it back on then see if you can play.

or

1- Turn your router off, wait 10-30 second then turn it back on.
2- After turning it back on, press Windows key + R (or in Start menu, type run) then type ipconfig /release and click OK
You won't have internet access after this step, but the next step should restore it. Also, you should wait 10-30 seconds before doing the next step.
3- Open that window again and type ipconfig /renew then OK
4- Open it again and type ipconfig then OK
P.S yes there is a space between "ipconfig" and "/"

Edit: *You could also try to clear your DNS Cache by entering ipconfig /flushdns in run also. By the way, you could type in Run, cmd and type all of them there one by one.

Edit: If you can by any means delay the loading time (make it last for longer) once you start a game from the beginning normally, you wont get that error most of the times ?

How to delay it ?

-1st game after login and entering a server got a delayed loading time.
-You can also delay it if you got enough players in the room. They shouldn't all get ready together. Maybe start 1vs1 then 2 enter right after them then another 2 after the last 2 and so on, this may or may not delay it. Depends on how perfectly it was done.

*Enter a game that already started. Don't start with them, start later on. Edit: If you managed to enter before the new round starts, you will be able to play normally most of the times.

*You could also try playing at a different time.

Notes:
-If you entered a game and you got the error and you can see clan marks in the lobby (like water marks), you should enter a different room then try again with the room you wanted to enter first because you may get the same error if you try again with the same room instantly.

-If you can open the waiting list(that you see in the lobby before you enter a room next to Friends list) while you are inside a room, you will mostly get that error.

- As a sign that you will surely get that error:

*if you can't change bag or change to secondary weapon or so, this means you will get that error.
So, I would suggest you to wait for 30 seconds(or a little more) in base before moving. If those 30 seconds(or a little more) passed and you can still change weapons, you wouldn't get that error.

If you can't change weapons, you should just leave before you get that error and get kicked out of the room. If you leave, you will still be inside the room, so you could try again, but if you didn't leave, you will get kicked out of the room and it may become full when this happens.
But, if you left the game before the error pops up(early enough), you should wait a few seconds before trying again because if you just enter again instantly, you may get that error and this time you will be kicked out of the room.
In those few seconds mentioned, if there's a space in both teams, you could try to change team,
If you can't change your team, you should wait.
If you can change your team, you can try again and enter.

Edit: -For modes like Escape that there's no waiting time(like in s&d if you enter after 2:00), you should never start a game with them. You need to wait from 3-5 minutes at least before even trying or you can keep joining and leaving as mentioned.
