Also there are so many unreleased characters, yet z8 decided to put the Orchid which many people paid actual money to get it and now everyone runs around with a free one.
It must have been another big let down for people who bought it from item shop. -

You should know by now that there are NO rare items in CF and eventually everything will be given out for free. Too bad

The point isn't rarity. It's exclusiveness. If I paid for an Orchid and it becomes free all of the sudden, how would I feel?
The character costs money and that was the only way you could get it. Now it's free for everyone...? ..........
You can easily obtain the character permanently if you really wanted to. Even with the temp. version, noobs will still buy it and run about.
...it's like buying a ticket to a concert and then the concert becomes free to go, and you don't get your money back. (edit, or a club membership)

Worst game policy ever seen. Release an item that costs real money then release it few months later for free. Anyway can you tell us are you gonna start give away permanent vips to everyone soon? So we can stop preordering and just wait a few months more and get a free one.

I've played Tons of online MMos and believe me , every publisher does that thing , after a while , they offer some of the paid Items available for you to get them without investing monies and release new items for $$ ,BadName1738 wrote: »True.

100 MP for 3 days = 1000 MP for a month
With 1800 MP by logging in on the 1st day of every month (attendance check) means they almost have a permanent Orchid.
Will Z8games do anything or just leave it? -

According to the MP Mall, there is a "cooldown timer" on purchasing timed items from the shop. If that's true, then they can only purchase so much of each item at one time. The items may change and their rented items they purchased will expire. -
I think that if they were gonna give away a permanent character anyway that they should've instead,
given everyone "1" ticket with which they can choose 1 character from item shop.
although that would increase the chances of people getting upset about buyinh it with money,
it would at the least look a lot more better then random copy-paste orchids walking around.
still, although i like free permanent stuff, i still firmly believe that if you want something good u have to put in the effort for it.
13000 MP is to cheap. if it was a gun? then ok, but for a character? nope :d -

the funny thing that orchid the only thing that had no cool down you can buy it as you want
Xuan sword cool down for 31 day
any other weapon or item cool down for 3 days

Hahaha yeah, it's funny to see many Hypocritical players using these characters after crying over them. Those who continue to complain about female characters but still use male character will only have more complaining to do, now there are quite a few percentage more of player with female character. xD
@killsss I wasn't too sure at what the cooldown timer was for each item. As for the temporary item cooldown period of 3 days, I'm happy about that, as I am with the Xuan Yuan Sword 31 day cool down. However, the no cooldown period on the Orchid is disappointing. I hope this is just a bug and will get fixed in the near future. =[ -

I honestly am surprised at the amount of People who are spending their MP on the Temporary Stuff.
I was frankly expecting everyone to just hoard everything they have this Month, in hopes of perhaps reaching the required MP to get the Permanent Sword or the Permanent Character. -

That kind of mentality is ridiculous. Those items/chars are a part of this game, so if you wanna play this game you have to digest the fact that people will use those items. Without these things the game would be dull and uninteresting. -

Yes they are part of the game, but that does not mean we have to allow them in our rooms. I agree that the Devs should add an host option when creating a room so that you could set it to E8 Rules and everyone had to play that way. You have the right to play with what ever items, and others have the right to play without those items and they should have an option to play without those said items. -
I mean, z8 be damned if they care even slightly about the free players, right? Are some of you in this thread that hell bent on the feeling of superiority/exclusivity?
So what if free to play players have a ZP item? I have about half the ZP chars from the mall and I don't think its a bad thing to have free players get a ZP character out of the huge roster of ZP chars z8 has. As long as they don't put ZM and VIP weapons on the MP market, I support the MP char concept... Though I would rather the char goes up to the MP market every so often, and not monthly.
