Armor didn't stack and GMs won't do anything about it!

I had two months of armor before the knuckles infernal dragon patch and for preordering the knuckles, I received a month of armor. The armor did not stack with my armor set and I am understandably upset that I'm wasting a month of armor. I contacted the support team but they said they do not stack items on request. One of the main reasons for preordering the knuckles was the armor and it's going to waste for nothing. How is this fair?

  • Complaining on forums won't do anything. I've had like 3 sets of armour that didn't stack, and just had to let them expire. If suppprt says they can't stack them, then as ghoster1 said, tough luck.

    With the amount of ZP crates being given from events, getting armour from coupons shouldn't be a problem, as these ZP crates will give you coupons and temporary ZP weapons to exchange to coupons.

    I feel you.I have 3 separate revive tokens and support refuse to stack them =(
    I wonder if they purposely acting like completely jerks

  • I thought they (Support Team) were able to merge your items when they don't stack :(
    I have also some items that need to be stacked (the most recent is a St. Patricks Day Hat with 10% EXP separated from other one that shows 30% EXP instead -.-) (I know, it's a bit weird but I've already sent a ticket and didn't get a response yet).
  • Customer service going down when they need the help of the payers the most.

    If support can't stack them then this game must be really broken. You should ask for compensation cuz you paid real $$$ for something useless :) or just refund if its still possible

    HA a refund, that's a good one. I agree though that there shouldn't be all these different versions of the same temp items. There should only be one so that stacking is automatic and then players aren't wasting their money. I mean they don't really even need to go in a change people's items, just stop using the item codes that are duplicates and in no time at all we'll basically only have the one version of it.
  • What I found is that one set of armor is renewable while the other set is not renewable. Armor, being in the item shop, should always be renewable so this is problem is on Z8's end but they still refuse to assist me in my problem.

    even if this issue was about a bloody mutant helix background.... it's still a mistake made by Z8, and if ANYONE experiences trouble with that mistake, it should be resolved.
    Same thing with the full storage errors.
  • If the main reason you pre-order a VIP worth 80k+ ZP is 30-day armor, and not the perm items/VIP itself, then you are severely misspending your ZP.

    Though you'd have to agree that the smartest thing that they've come up with is the good samaritan ribbon. That's the best consumer owning strategy I've ever seen. I feel sorry for people who own it. Cuz as it is clear from one of the posts above, you have to eat everything that's thrown at you without compaining, and say words of praise at the same time.

    Its marketing tricks m8.. others pre-ordered to receive a basic grenade with a different skin. What about his 30 days armor loss ? That's the main reason of his thread. You pay for a bread to receive only half of it and you are ok with that ? I see...

    Not really, it's more like you pay for bread that is supposed to come on a plate, but you don't get the plate. It's not the main item, and you can eat the bread without it, but it's a lot better to have the plate.
    It's also like If I had paid for a 30-day gym membership, and then they gave me 2 weeks free gym membership, but didn't give me a refund or extend the original by 2 weeks, I would be annoyed too. What's the point getting the stuff if I can't use it?

    I don't know where you got that I was ok with it from. I never said anything even remotely similar.
  • It's a development problem slap dash if you ask me.... also they are obtaining money by deception..... Pointless having a forum if we cant express our views, suggest, ect ect .... this game is going down hill rapid.
  • Update: The GMs were reluctant to resolve my issue after my first support ticket. However, I sent in another one and the problem got fixed. Thanks Z8 Support Team. =)
