Can we get the Revival of The Fittest ribbon for buying 1000 Revive Tokens from the Mileage Shop ?

That's a good question. Hopefully a GM or Mod can response. I also suggest sending a supporting ticket... Unless someone on the forums has confirmation from GM/Mod/Support, we can really only guess.
