Game freezes

Every time i enter or create a room , the game starts and after 5 seconds it freezes and gives me error .
Yesterday i couldnt make the gallery event , now when i even enter a zombie mode game for the mission it freezes in both uk and na servers!
How are we supposed to do long events with those server ?!

I have no idea, I've been on the other end of this because I'm not freezing or crashing however nearly the entire room I'm in have people disconnecting....

It ends up with nearly everyone disconnecting and my team winning because there was nobody on the other team.
