You guys are the worst gaming organization ever.
Ruined this game completely.
Worst Mod's.
Support tickets don't help anyone at all, waste of time.
So many glitches/bugs/hackers/problems with the game, etc. VIP character spazzing out with that sniper glitch hasn't been fixed and its been over 4 years.
Most unprofessional organization. You guys just throw in random stuff and forget about fixing anything because all you guys care about now is money.
If I were ever to become a millionaire I will buy this horrible organization out and fire every single one of you workers involved in z8games. This organization is worth 2.5 million, cheapest gaming organization out there.

They're sending you from one to another(mods close your thread and tell you "send a ticket" and support just frustrate you by close your ticket with some copy paste and makes you send another ticket ,Gm's don't even bother to help...or even give you an answer that could be some thing close to anything that could be considered a rational thought)
If they didn't treat the players like kids and mental problems then they didn't have to wonder why so many players are leaving this ****ty game

The copy-paste thing I've only really encountered once in several tickets. It's frustrating when they don't give you an answer related to your question, but 99% of the time a second ticket explaining the issue more clearly sorts everything out.
If you've had to send tickets several times and got nowhere, then I guess it would be incredibly annoying. Not many in this patch but there are at least 2 things right there.
Yeah the amount of glitchers is insane and something does need to be done. I don't know if this is something the GMs do or something they have to wait for the developers to do. -
Forum staff is horrible Bunni, what are they good for? They never reply to these suggestions we give, they never stick with what they say. GM Kanadian said in January 2017 CFCL should be starting in the next few weeks. Now its April 2017 and he's saying they had to change some things on finalizing CFCL. How does it take 4 months to "FINALIZE" a simple tournament?
They act like they are some badass mods, when they don't do jack ****.
If I ever become a millionaire I would buy this organization and fire every single one of these mods. -
Nothing you have said has anything to do with the Mods. They are purely forum based.
Support tickets help people all the time. People who send the right info, and who are correct about what they are talking about.
Glitches, bugs, etc are up to developers to fix. The developers are unfortunately not currently stationed inside Z8.
When mods tell you to send a ticket and close your thread, it is because they cannot help you. This is because they do not have access to the tools and information that support staff have. Moderators are volunteer players, not employees.
If you are getting an answer from your ticket that doesn't make sense, I would like to know the ticket # in a PM so it can be reviewed.
We treat all players with the same respect that we expect they give us
There are always events, as we try to keep doing interesting things that show the players we are here for their enjoyment.
CFCL has had some changes and when you are dealing with real money of the amounts we are, no amount of time is too long. Unfortunately, that means an extended amount of time. Is it longer than I would like? Yes. Is that going to change it? Likely not.
I will also warn people to stop this whole 'I wont name this mod because they get triggered' business. Because then I will start infracting for you trying to start arguments.

How does that quotation indicate what I said? I would rather not name the nice Mods because I will get infracted from one that has infracted me in the pass. But yeah if calling out names is an infraction and not doing so is also infraction. What happens when you get infracted wrongfully by a Mod with a rule that doesn't even exist, pretty much one sided in this forum. But hey if you want to infract me for telling the original thread starters that not all mods are bad go ahead.

The point of me commenting was not to say that you were doing bad by saying some mods are nice. The point was you didn't have to add the bit about 'one mod that gets triggered'. -

Because you see him later doesn't mean he hasn't served a ban time. Keep in mind its the insults he would get banned for. Using a tmp and rpg lvl 10 is not bannable, even if you dont like it.

Nobody in your clan would be banned except those who violate terms. Which proves we ban people who are reported, in regards to earlier comment.

Honestly I used to think it was good that you guys stacked players items for them because its honestly ridiculous that they don't automatically. Armor is a ZP item, regardless of how you got it (ZP, Crates, Preorder, etc.) you've paid for it and you should be able to use it for as long as you purchased it for. I understand that on your end its something that you guys try to avoid for reasons mentioned by you, but having all these different versions of the same thing is dumb. What does smilegate lose by allowing us to stack our items, did we not purchase them??? -

Nah there's no freedom of speech on CF man. Just look at how heavily we're censored in game and here on the forums they ban for personal attacks, close threads, etc. Is it bad/good, that's up for interpretation, but it is what it is. -

At least he took the time to reply back to you on this thread. All the GMs are trying to do their best to improve this game however, there will always be limitations which might stop certain decisions being made because this is a business after all. One could be the fact that the GMs want to add "X" content to improve the game overall however, the developers don't want to add that right now. The same situation can be applied to many scenarios where one party doesn't agree while the other does.
My mother always said if you got nothing nice to say then don't say it at all. -

Here's what I find annoying when I send support tickets for help.
I send a ticket for not receiving my clan contribution for spending ZP, haven't got a reply in 3days.
I spent like 175,000 ZP on the new vip, and didn't get contribution, if we spend like 1,000 ZP that's like 10 clan contribution right?
Also:
-Can't delete temporary guns (without sending a ticket)
-Can't delete temporary items, sprays, namecards, etc.
-Can't combine my armor, wasted ZP for nothing and have like 3 different sets of armor...
-Can't have a proper pub with all these vip people spraying
-Getting pushed into a wall and dying
-FPS freezing
-Errors, hackers, glitches, laggers
For the Spring Surplus Booster Pack, buying 10k ZP throughout April you get the following prizes. Didn't get those prizes (armor, ign change, awm vip 3days, backpack, etc.) Sent a support ticket as well haven't got a reply in 3 days.
RAZER crates are back when you purchase with zGold throughout April, buying 100,000k ZP you get 8 RAZER crates plus 9 random crates, haven't got those crates and its been like 4 days. Sent a support ticket aswell, didn't get a reply.
Do you get my drift abel?
And to all you other mods why don't you believe us when we say you guys don't help us with any of our problems...
If you guys actually helped us we wouldn't be complaining... smh...

Yes the game is flawed and yes there are some major issues with your account, so what I would suggest is to calm down, and ask kanadian (who I'm sure is keeping an eye on this thread) to take a personal and closer look at your account issues, and go from there.
Now, if you want to lash out on me, go ahead, but I don't think you are going to accomplish anything by shouting. -

Wow I didn't know I'm shouting through text, and I am calm, I'm not lashing out anything to anyone, I am simply stating my problems/opinions I am having with this game.
And Kanadian is not helping me with anything this guy is just wanting me to get a penalty or infraction w.e you call it.

Support tickets get answered within a few days in some cases it might take up to a week or even a bit longer (depending on what issues you got) I think Kanadian forgot to mention that. Just try to be calm for now. I'm sure the support can and will help u as soon as possible.

What if they don't? They just reply with "Sorry we can not do that for you, and we are sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused." which basically sums up the ending of every support ticket...
Bought ZP with RAZER didn't get crates, Bought ZP for the Spring Booster Pack didn't get the prizes, Used 170,000 ZP didn't get any clan contribution, Bought armor which didn't add up, and if you want proof i'll show you. -

Most of the issues that you have raised in your post is not up to the GMs. However, I will do my best to answer your issues.
1. Tickets not being answered.
The Support Team for CrossFire isn't a huge team and if we were looking at specific numbers, we're looking at around 10 to 20 people who work in the CrossFire Support department. Now you got to remember that the CrossFire Support department gets 100s of tickets per day. We don't know the exact number since none of us works for Smilegate West however, it has been mentioned that it is in the 100s before. Now depending on your issue, your ticket can take longer since they need to check and analysis the information before giving you an answer and providing with you more support if that is the case. In my personal experience, I had tickets which got answered within 10 minutes while some other tickets took 7 days. My advise would be to wait patiently and they will provide you with a answer.
2. Clan contribution points on the new VIP.
As I recall, buying VIPs through the website (Pre-order) never gave you clan contribution points. This was the case ever since they released the first VIP and I believe this is not a bug either since you get Clan Contribution Points based on spending ZP in-game. However, if your issue is within the game then there is a problem and you should send in a Support Ticket about it in which they will start an investigation regarding the issue.
3. Can't delete temporary guns (without sending a ticket)
This is something that only the developers can do. The GMs can pass this idea to the developers but at the end of the day, they are the ones who is adding content and improvements to the game but of course these things take time as they will need to get approved by both the upper heads of Smilegate West and the developers before action can be taken. My advise would be to have to some patience and to post your suggestion on the "Suggestion" board of the forums.
4. Can't delete temporary items, sprays, namecards, etc.
Once again, this is something which only the developers can add. The GMs don't add content or improvements to the game. They are allowed to suggestion ideas however, it is the developers who implement these kind of "improvements" that's if you consider having a delete button for items as a improvement to the game.
5. Can't combine my armor, wasted ZP for nothing and have like 3 different sets of armor...
Once again, the developers create content and sometimes they create different ID's for the same content e.g. Armour for this case. The GMs try to make sure everything stacks by giving out previous items which have the same ID's however, this is not always the case since the developers sometimes add new ID's for the same content. Thus, why you have 2 stacks of armour.
6. Can't have a proper pub with all these vip people spraying
Sadly, this is out of the GMs control. They can't control what players do with their guns. There is no rules which state that you are not allowed spray with a gun. Every game has players who spray with their weapons. You can't change this nor alter it. I would suggest to play with friends or clan mates.
7. Getting pushed into a wall and dying
Once again, the GMs are not the ones who are fixing bugs and glitches. That job goes to the developers. The GMs forward the information such a bug report however, at the end of the day it is the developers who have to fix them. If you do see this kind of bug in the future, please feel free to report by sending in a Support Ticket since the GMs will forward your report to the developers. However, when will it get fixed? There is no ETA for these kind of things.
8. FPS freezing, Errors, hackers, glitches, laggers
FPS freezing, errors and glitches are the developers responsibility to fix. The information does get forward to the developers but at the end of the day, there is not ETA for when it may get fixed. Hackers are the anti-cheat company's responsibility to keep it up-to-date however, like all games, there is no way to get rid of hackers 100%. There will always be hackers in every game, no matter what. I would suggest to play with friends or clan mates and if you do encounter a hacker, report them. They DO get banned. Laggers are not the GMs responsibility as you can't control players internet connections. The GMs can only do soo much to the servers that it is the responsibility of each player to make sure that they have good enough internet connection to play CrossFire. However, this is not always the case and there will always be players with bad internet connections which results in laggers within the game.
9. Spring Surplus Booster Pack (Not getting the package)
I have personally tested this twice and it has worked both times. Got the items instantly without any delays. Are you sure that you made one purchase of 10k ZP or more? If so, then just wait patiently for your ticket to be answered. You will get your items, don't worry about.
10. Didn't get my RAZER crates after buying 100k ZP.
Once again, if you haven't gotten these crates yet then just wait patiently for them to answer your ticket. You will get your crates, don't worry about that. Sometimes it takes longer to check information. Also please be aware that the GMs don't work on the weekends so you won't get a reply back until next week at the latest.

Those are suggestions that people have asked for, this is where u post suggestions right? Then the GM's tell the developers or what? The GM's always say to post things when you get errors or glitches, so that's what I'm doing...
And the GM's read over the support tickets? If so no wonder people never get any damn help... smh
Edit: And why can't they just add clan contribution points to any clan, they should be able to have full control over the whole game... they are just too lazy to do anything, can't combine armor also, can't send you the prizes... Like you should be able to do that -
To many issues here after all these years online , Christ knows how they have got away with this ill managed game i'll never know.... they temp ban people insulting in English in game , and forget about the Arab thats telling me to fck my mum ALLAH IS ONE ect ect . That region along with the turks should be blocked already...
Servers: When do they get upgraded "Hint" they are prone to be attacked every minute of everyday till you poxy lot open your eyes and see the BIGGER Picture...?
Glitches: time after time i see the same guy on a certain map doing the same glitch after many report's it just goes to show the staff have their fav's and forget about other peoples tickets and drop it in the trash bin
Mod's Like what was said above.... one MOD think's hes like Fizzeq and abuses his right's and also think's Farming is low lol when he was happy nade farming all day long.
Bug's/ Errors when do they communicate with the devs and say come on you ugly bunch the players want this error fixed after 2 years of your slap dash coding .
Last but not least ... BUCK YOUR IDEA'S UP GM'S and do the job your paid for, if you dont you could be looking for another job in the very near future.. -

Tbh(To Be Honest) at least the GM's had responded back to at least majority players with similar problems you guys are going through. Despite the time they have stated "Wait 24 hours & the ribbons are updated daily". Make a ticket(or contact one of the GM's) and end up waiting another 24 hr or less perhaps but we all have a life lmao hello. The GM's are going to fix every situation which you probably think its impossible but everything is possible. Just gotta be more patients and your items will be returned soon as possible.

Some people spent probably more money than you and got banned for cheating or something else. Even players with accounts like this use cheats (sadly, one year later, this one still isn't banned).

Doubt it that the video is gonna make any difference, actually.
But if you really want to do it, go to your ingame storage -> click on replays -> select a replay, play it, and record it with a recording program like fraps, bandicam, etc...
